Jotsana is the Governance and Quality Manager at SISTC. She is a professional member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML) and the Australian Computer Society (ACS). She holds qualifications in Hospitality, Higher Education, and Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Education, and is currently a PhD candidate at Federation University. Her research focuses on online learning and international student engagement, with published work on remote proctoring and student experience.
With extensive experience in academic leadership and operations, Jotsana brings expertise in governance and quality assurance, policy implementation, and innovative approaches to online learning.
