SISTC has adopted My eQuals, the official tertiary credentials platform used across Australia and New Zealand.
This trusted, secure platform allows SISTC to issue digitally certified academic transcripts and qualification certificates. Using advanced cryptographic protection, My eQuals ensures the integrity and authenticity of every document, eliminating the risk of fraud and making it easier for students and graduates to prove their achievements.
Once credentials are awarded, students receive a notification to authenticate and access their personal My eQuals account. Documents can then be viewed, downloaded, and shared anytime, anywhere.

How To Access Your My eQuals Account?
You will receive an email notification once your document has been generated, containing a link to access your My eQuals account. If this is your first time using My eQuals, you’ll need to register, after which a second email will be sent with a link to authenticate and activate your account. Please ensure you register and log in using the same email address that received the notification, as this is required to view your documents.
How To Update Your Email Address and Link Accounts?
Once you access your My eQuals account, you’ll be prompted to add your personal email address to ensure continued access after your AIS student email is deactivated. To do this, go to Profile > Link while logged in, where you can connect additional email and social accounts. Keep in mind that all notifications will be sent to your selected primary email address.
